Job Description :
- To take care of the Ice Cream sales for the City along with the near of City.
- To appoint new Super Stockiest, distributors and manage the existing distributors & SS.
- Responsible for primary and secondary and Stock management as per company norms.
- Handling Distributors, Their Claims & payments.
- Responsible for target achievement as per company.
- Responsibilities for New town opening.
- Managing all sales depot/C&F, Super Stockiest & distributor point.
- To manage the TDC(Company owned outlets )outlets and improve ice cream sales in these outlets.
- Monitor target vs. achievement on a day to day basis of the Key accounts team.
- Settling claims (damages, trade schemes, misc. debit notes) within stipulated timeframe.
- To be the P & L owner for Ice Cream.
- To manager team and get the best output from them.
- Improve Ice Cream sales across Your area.
Job Specification:
- Good communication skills (English & Marathi)
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in Ice Cream Marketing
- Working experience in the Geography of Your HQ area.
- Good leadership skills to lead and manage the team.
